BUT...BUT...BUT....this is exactly yhe kind of news we need now at this stage...someone interested and ready to put in $4.0 million on the line is a massive tick for us...

anything which puts a value of a resource is a step in the right direction...just like the auctions we see every weekend in our neighbourhood when the auction opens for a property worth say $1.1 million & gets the $300K offer from the @#$%$ bidder as the first bid...

I see a slight ray of hope here guys...I know I have a soft corner for JRV but I think we riding off in the sunset with our investment back (not talking of massive or any profits here...just recovering our losses)...
