If there are 5200 holders (don't quote me on that)eligible, then that means that 78 million dollars worth can be applied for. I believe we are raising 20 million, therefore the maximum scaleback if every single holder takes 15k, will be 3.9 times, meaning a 15k subscription will result in 19,230 shares each if fully scaled back. I'd be very surprised if 15k saw me with less than 10k's worth.
