I am appalled by the idea of our communications being available for 2 years or even 1 day.

Will the Libs appose?

I understand that private conversations can not be recorded unless both parties agree.

So why is a private conversation now public?

Some talk dirty in the bedroom or where ever as a turn on.

This is not necessarily any more than tittilation.

Yes, unwise on electronic means, but private conversation is not the same as public pronouncements.

I don't believe the court should have allowed publication.

I am no fan of Slipper but it seems worrying to me.
