Absolutely agree with you tototy, Lynas should appeal, what the judge is doing is slow lyc production down by two months, $16M cash burn in total, it's obvious this judge is biased possibly due to being paid off by smsl, if lyc does not get this resolved quickly, this will become a national issue for australia due to strategic nature of ree , how can one measely judge be more powerful than mosti, Najib, MITI, aelb, the freaking whole crew of scientific experts, and the whole harvest festival, how can it be legal for this one judge to overthrow a ministerial decision and hold lyc to ransom and be punished for no reason??? Whole thing smells of mass corruption!!!
