re: Ann: Completion of Institutional Equity P... Obviously feel they don't need the extra cash and are fully funded until a 'development raising' (if necessary? maybe fund through debt/ offtake agreement etc..).. Assume by then that the sp will be a lot higher than now and hopefully those who missed out in this raising will start to buy on market. The stock is so tightly held that anyone after a reasonable volume on market is going to move the price fairly significantly
