re: Ann: Presentation - South American Digger... You are wrong. I have never held PRW or any shares where AM and LD were involved. I have followed AM and LD since the Lindemans Bore debacle. What I have seen has left me gobsmacked. I work in the mining industry and was disgusted at the way AM sold shares on the day he made the LB announcement which later proved to be a complete falsehood. See announcements June 15 2009 - Copper Discovery Lindemans Bore. When the assay results were finally released, the highest grade was 0.07% copper. WTF!!! So as I said before consider my posts as a community service merely intended to offer a contrarian view and enlighten less sophisticated investors.

And while you say they (AM & LD) aren't involved at CDB, I beg to differ. They work out of the same office and AM is listed on CDB's website under Management/Consultants. You say you do your own research (which I commend) - then I suggest you look at PRW's last few years worth of ARs to get an understanding of how these guys operate. The related party transactions are mind boggling and I'm pretty sure go against good corporate governance.

I wish you well with your investment but I feel the delay in CDB's AR is a bad omen. And with AM heavily involved, it appears this is par for the course. Leopards don't change their spots.
