Yowie, it relies on both numbers of shares and number of holders. Apart from HC, I know many shareholders small and large and I have not meg one, not one, that would vote NO. Assuming there is no counter and the Board recommend it. The number of shares will be a landslide and I think so will the shareholders. A few noisy ones on HC will vote no but common sense will prevail. No one wants to lose their money in the absence of a concrete option B. Unless of course, you are a Kamikaze. You know, kill yourself and lose the war anyway.

Don't underestimate the intelligence of the silent majority. Once their proverbially are on the line, they will make the sensible choice.
