Apparently Bogue is huge and flat so they may not even drill it if Sotto is successful as one expensive development [Tiof] is already likely, from memory an "independant" Geo on TMF [credentials unknown] said that Bogue has the potential to contain 2 Bill barrels, now that is a big statement IMHO but who knows? could be true.
If successful Sotto would be a good indicator to charge.
