Your position is clear and understandable. I can change camps too, but sit with the Yes party now if for no other reason than the No team does not have a an alternative. I understand well that you don't do something just for the sake of it, but this scenario is different. I am worried if this doesn't fly, someone will just buy out all of FML for a really cheap price. They don't need to do it now, but they accumulate to a point where they can make a takeover. They don't need 100%, but if someone hostile got 51%, with ZERO capital injection, then where does that leave us existing shareholders?
The deal has flaws, but instead of asking for more than trust, show me something that will keep us alive and profitable in the future. Steady as she goes has failed for 4 years now that's when invested - more than 4 actually). FML now have a nice garden and deck out front, but if they sell the house, the won't get back what they put into it.
Everyone is asking "tell me why I should vote yes". Well, we need to start discussing tell me "why I should vote no". Apart from 51%, the arguments are very weak.
