Could it be that 14 odd percent ownership, would be enough to hold push around etc the shareprice to suite your purpose. What these type of companies/People will do to get what they want continues to amaze me. I would not be surprised to see this head south from here, possibly $1.45 ish, these guys and their partners in crime will do this just to prove a point that their price was more than reasonable and it should have been accepted.
