the problem is we are the subject of a 5c takeover anyway so at least under your scenario we mightve got 8-10c as the ground potential and unlocking of it became clear to others.
Now its a)vote for this low-ball takeover or b) by the way we need to raise some more cash at 3c as we're terrible at being prudent.

The yes campaign has convinced me of nothing so far. In 10 years FML might be a $2b company but they'll probably issue 8b shares so we'd still be 4c and own about 5% of the company.

It's just pure mismanagement by the BOD. They haven't communicated very well and have been misleading at times which they get paid and collect director fees we get nothing but a 4c share with ever more shares issued.

Like you say slura I only hold to get try and get out nearer my 5.5c average and/or in the hope shareholders vote no to this deal.
