Directors buying of late is also a very promising sign, and my correspondence with the company only validates their buying because directors understand that this company has been sold off because of a couple of funds holding stock which were in distress and needed to cash up,so it artificially gives a real window of opportunity into purchasing very cheap stock.
I for one cannot understand your point as a holder, because anybody in their right mind would be running to give 50 cents in the dollar to recieve an immediate 1 dollar return, that is an instant 100% gain. cheer and G Luck
