if Viet results come after the court it could be a good thing too esp if the price drops due to some sort of postponement or negative court outcome. If Viet results came before the court date and was positive then its possible a lot of the gains from Viet results could be negatively affected by a bad SI outcome?

Either way within a month we should have a lot of questions answered
