On the 18th/10 in the US this week a very important ruling will be made to validate one of ANP’s drug platforms, it relates to Kynamro which is one of the Antisense drugs that ISIS Pharma(nasdaq listed) has as part of its agreements with ANP.

ISIS's 2011 Annual Report, CEO Stanley Crooke said: "KYNAMRO is in many ways a validation of everything we have created at Isis".

It is possible that with a positive outcome that ANP ‘could significantly’ gap on open on the Fri 19th
Secondly a much larger market moving ann. yet to be released, ANP has a large global Pharma in final stages of due diligence concerning its main event drug ATL 1103. This is the one that has been tipped to have the real blockbuster potential. Maybe the large pharma is just waiting on this Kynamro ruling before showing their hand. Either way the next couple of weeks will be an interesting time for those who have a vested interest in ANP story.
