"Hanlong have no money, clear and simple."

Doesn't the NDRC/CDB approval to Hanlong on the "reasonable acquisition price" at least show some possible finance access to Hanlong.

It appears Hanlong have managed to get further than SDL in regards to getting finance at this stage. You cant argue with that!

Since 2007 as a holder I have read JV discussions, Off take, finance talks etc for far too long with nothing obviously eventuating from it. Even before I held the GBG/SDL merger gave SDL some legs only to see it fail then the SP plummet.

I along with others await some form of decent suggestion as to the path SDL will take if this TO falls through. What will happen to SDL's involvement in the Cameroon/ROC tenements especially Mbalam if we/SDL continue to drag our feet in advancing the project.

As mentioned many many times there is no point having all the resource in the ground if there is no way of getting it to market.

No amount of wishful thinking, shoving this pending TO up Hanlong, bagging management or even thumbs up or thumbs down will increase our SP. And isn't that what we all want, a higher SP. The share market is about making money not losing it even though you may gain some pride by seeing Hanlong ousted. I would love to see the reaction of our partners if we said "Guess what Wife, Hanlong are gone, YEAH WOHOO, party time..............but our money invested has now possibly halved"

I don't claim to know the answers of SDL's future or next step however in relation to investing I currently find a little comfort in these blurry facts than being back to a situation of gambling on a stock again.

Believe me I'm not having a go, I am genuinely interested in peoples thoughts whether they are same as mine or not.
