I think Beans75 is just stating the reality of small time investing in an explorer. I would not be calling his comment dumb and doubt it is worthy of ignoring. Unless you are sitting in the top 20, you would not have the voting power to move the company in any preferred direction. Equally, the gang of 20 have far different agendas, entries and exits to us minority shareholders and we just cannot compete with someone who can throw 100 to 200 million proxies down on the table, as much as we would like to change that situation.

I agree with you Chef that we are all shareholders and SHOULD have equal rights but that just isn't the case. Wishing it were so will not change it and putting Beans on ignore means you might miss out on something valuable he might contribute later. You and I once had our back and forth in the past but I did not put you on ignore.
