    well if they have target of 28 anything under 7 is cheap,,have not seen the valuation but always allow 100percent dicount so 14,,halve again so under 7 cents worth a punt,,todays action looks good and it was t3 that made entry way cheaper than expected,,these things can change but for now its all good
