I also think people's expectations are a bit high considering we're dealing with very late stage cancer patients and ideally would be better to start treatment on "less terminal" patients??
I generally don't see CVac as a cure, but rather improvement of quality of life and extension of life.. (A bit like antiretrovirals in HIV treatment)
