If Torey sees it news worthy to announce EHR has been seen in the same room as a govt Minister, I’m sure he’d be reporting advances in Djibouti. Who knows, if Djibouti goes ahead, and it is looking very likely, EHR may succeed in tendering for as one of the project co-ordinators. Shareholders have no idea of EHR’s standing with EDD, are we even in with a chance?

I have considered the seemingly late announcements by EHR of events reported in the media months prior. Do they store news for later dry times (illegal I would have thought), or are they holding back until their position is more certain. For example the announcement of 2 Oct on plans reported in Los Andes 15 April. I would expect there would be many meetings, from introductions, investigations, proposals, draft submissions, scoping studies, and so on before agreements, settlement of terms, contracts, and final settlements. While the early meeting are reported and the concept is aired to the media, I guess EHR is progressing development through a further series of meetings. The announcement did say the meeting (being a most recent meeting I would hope) occurred 26 Sept 2012.

The announcement 12 Oct is more sketchy. The date of the meeting is not given and ‘recent meeting’ may indeed be the one reported 12 Jun, worse, the ‘staggering’ support for the Company is all Torey’s words. I really hope not, but Torey could be exaggerating mere platitudes.
