Bogs, who knows the timelines for the victoria coldry project have not changed since it was announced 2/3 years ago - It's hard to know who the backers are in this project - Is it monash? is it tincom? is it K-coal? is it India? IMO the funding has appeared as a sort of a bonus for the backers or ECT depends which way you look at it as a backer means i dont have to dish out 50M, if the government dishes out 30M then i only have to provide 20M.

so Is the funding DO or Die for ECT, not sure - if they don't get the funding then does that mean Tincom won't provide ( they has a 100M licence in 2010 to spend on the project - is it still valid??) or Kcoal or Monash etc.

Cash is king - that question you could say could be directed towards all sub 10c companies on the ASX... if ESIO SP is in the money then that could potentially provide ect with 20Mill in jan 2014.

IMHO Behind the scenes there could be a number of backers.... Monash and tincom probably have front row seats.
