Ok, lets put this into some sort of perspective. Just because some i_ i _ t (or _ d _ o _ s = plural ) are prepared to sell at 14.5c does not automatically mean that a 'fair value' of PLV is that. The whys and wherefores of the ridiculous price sellers will sell for are not to be reasoned by any of us that believe in this company, management and resource.
