The structure of water is constantly changing. This is because the sun, the moon and the whole cosmos communicate with and through the element of water. However artifically generated vibrations also impact water, for instance through power lines, satellites and radios.
Water records and saves all of these good and bad influences. Its memory is comparable to a tape recorder, which records and often replays physical vibrations.
Thus, the information saved originally remains and does not change.
It is still, as it was before, a scientific mystery where and how water saves all this information.
