Yup and everything else that has happened in this mess has made perfect sense right? Whether or not an outcome makes sense is not the right test in this nightmare. Staying the TOL should be a very serious matter indeed. I suspect that the Lynas application to be joined as a party is not the reason why the Court needed 4 weeks to make a decision. Much more likely to be the other issue, namely staying the TOL pending the substantive hearings.
