Your right Aussie. The acquisition of Tacere has done nothing to attract new investors. Existing shareholders know this will prove to be a good deal but interested bystanders doing their homework would soon see that without a financial plan and being so close to some sort of capital raising means there is no need to rush in and buy.

At the moment, with these low levels it almost does not matter to a party interested in buying BLT shares if they wait until they know what possible dilution there is going to be. Even if they missed the very bottom they would still be able to buy in at a low enough level to make lots of money when the sp does start to move.

I don't really expect to see any movement in the sp until we see where the money is coming from and I don't think we will have to wait too long before PF announces the answer to this question.
