I should amend my previous post on the Fortress Fraud . It is a proven fact that the majority of the RBOS loan never even went into the PIF coffers
The great majority of the funds were hijacked to Octavier Administration and thence to Fortress in the first 24 hours after receipt . RBOS obviously did not carry out due diligence.
I would like to know what court in the land would have made PIF investors liable to repay RBOS under
those circumstances
