up10% - big buyers - in play?

Taking into account the history of CLR with potential takeover suitors (see below link), how the share price has been seemingly marked down on the close, the appearance of huge buyers (500k)today and the fact the share price is up 12% - I can only come to the conclusion that CLR is in play and that there will likely be some sort of opportunistic takeover offer made on the stock in the next few weeks.

I could be way off here, but does anyone else have any thoughts or are there any rumours circulating about this?

If there is an offer, I wonder at what price would be offered and more importantly at what price it would be accepted. Any thoughts?
