I guess Lynas is not the only one to suffer from significant delays...
Another major project on hold, this one is in ChiHawks neck of the woods, San Antonio, Texas. (you remember Chi??)
The recent discovery of an endangered spider at the construction site of a $15.1 million highway underpass means the state will have to completely redesign it.
The state has put the project connecting Texas 151 and Loop 1604 on the Northwest Side on hold indefinitely and released the contractor.
