Hi squidd.
Getting a little testy with your personal comments are we?
I am not saying SDL will end up being the owner/part owner in J/V what ever.
As I keep saying,I think others will come in with offers.
SDL have not told us if they are in talks with others at present. SDL have told us they were in talks with others over the last 12 months.
Core Mining/Glencore and SDL have told us they are in talks in the last few months.
Baukaw asked me for references about SDL and FMG Comparisons. I gave baukaw some references.
My comments are pointing out what the true value of the SDL projects and other projects in the area are worth for SDL.
When buying a business that has good prospects and is showing a profit, you pay a premium based on profit over Ex amount of years X by a percentage for the type of industry involved.
A new business selling a product that is in demand, first mover in a good location, with good neighbour companies and in a good Residential/Commercial area will have a premium applied to its selling price.
I am posting on what can be,could be if the cards fall right based on all the figures that have been announced by SDL Directors over the years.
There are two sides to this story.
The Group who say NO others interested In a take over or a Joint Venture,so Hanlong is the only interested party, game over, Hanlong the winner at 45 cents.
The other side of the coin indicates that The Group do not know if anyone else is in talks with SDL. The Group do not know if others are biding their time waiting to make a move on SDL.
The only indication that has been made has come from SDL and Core Mining/Glencore that they are talking and looking into sharing the Infrastructure and or Joint Funding the cost of the needed Infrastructure. Also looking at other Joint Infrastructure Projects.
I apologise for the ramblings of an old man and the borderline delusional dreaming and lack of brain cells to assess things properly.
Regards.
Old Fart Westcott.
