If this is based on India news why aren't any of the other uranium miners up today?
I think there is insider news buying or just getting back to normal prices after the underwriters stopped selling shares at 4-4.2c and now we are low on sellers.
Market Depth shows 66 buyers 7.8M units and 16 sellers 1M units.
I'm surprised PDN hasn't made an offer yet when it was at 4c.
