Hi Westcott - just a quick comment as I assume I am part of the "Group" you refer to. (when I refer to "our investment group".

You state:

The Group who say NO others interested In a take over or a Joint Venture,so Hanlong is the only interested party,game over, Hanlong the winner at 45 cents.

The other side of the coin indicates that The Group do not know if anyone else is in talks with SDL. The Group do not know if others are biding their time waiting to make a move on SDL.

Westcott - there is no other side of the coin yet. That is the point I think we are making. Only one side is revealed. We don't know whether anything else is taking place but if (IF) it is anything material, we will know about it and then we can revise our decision.

In my mind, such possibilities mean nothing until we see an announcement.
