Honestly, I don't have legal expertise.. for some reason people think I am a legal expert... I'm just another poster who uses google :c)


Having said that, she can be unbiased and continue with the tol freeze if she has enough doubt in the safety of the LAMP (or enough evidence that harm may occur).

I agree that the decision of the tol freeze is a watershed moment for us and would love to get the opinion of others who know more as to how ready lynas can be to appeal this act (assuming they are given the right to be a party).

Worst outcome for us would be a knock back to be a party, tol frozen, and JR decided to progress... if that was the case then we can all expect to be slaughtered on the ASX... mind you, I would expect a heck of a lot of noise from internal spokesmen @ Malaysia if that was the outcome. It horrifies me that one (knowledgeable ?) poster put it as only a 20% chance that TOL would be unfrozen on the 8th...
