Lots of arguments still about this. Think hard about your options here, because Shandong have, and the market is pricing this vote. Any shareholder including Shandong has the legal right to vote in their own personal best interests, ahead of the best interests of the company. A 51% share holder can put any motion to the company and vote it through, whether it is management salary, further capital raisings, or a takeover by another Chinese company. Other shareholders are only hitchikers.
If you vote Yes to this, you will never get another vote that counts in FML. Period.
