re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Prefer shares than cash as long as they're not allowed to sell them. Best would be options with a decent exercise price, that way maybe they'd be a bit more frugal with their placement strategies. Shares are a good way to create incentives but not if they can just offload them willy nilly.
