I agree. I think directors should be prevented from participating in this exclusive capital raising given the current terms.
As it currently stands, they are incentivised to DO NOTHING for 12 months, then score a heap of cheap shares & options. I don't see how directors/management & shareholder interests are aligned in this scenario.
Shareholders should at least be given the option to invest if the directors/management are able to.
I will be voting against this resolution with my 0.5% vote
I hope they read this posting and ammend the terms of the capital raising.
