If I'm not mistaken, Megan is a stay at home mum. That's great, but my gut feeling tells me that she's probably not the most qualified person to be commenting on what constitutes a fair salary for a MD in the mining industry.

Megan, why not focus instead upon this statement from the report instead:

"The directors anticipate iron ore extraction operations to commence on or around 15 October 2012 and to the period to 30 June 2013 have budgeted sales of $73 million representing 76,000 tonnes".
