Me in Bris too - good question and, the easy answer is, usually when Buyers outnumber Sellers, if an uptrend already isn't in existance, it soon will be...and subsequently, if the Sellers significantly exceed the number of Buyers, the reverse may occur, or at the very least, sp may remain stable - depending on support at lower levels...hope this helps!
