I think its extremely likely that large amount of moose pasture in the CTP portfolio will be relinquished over time.
They already have a JV for over 20% of their acreage. They are in negotiations to JV another 20% plus. They seem to be keeping Surprise and the area west of that. Tell you what after all is said and done. I'll make sure you can run a few rabbits on what's left. Really?
Placing a high dollar value per acre against the whole portfolio or even 1% of is wishful thinking. How many $5 billion plus companies are on the ASX now? Four if I'm not mistaken.
What's the timeline? I think it took NAB, CBA, TLS, BHP, etc a few generations to get there. I think they are off to a fabulous start. Get you facts right. You sound like Romney.
And its only 6 that are north of 1 billion (quickly double-checks Karoon, Buru and Beach...).
