I may be one of those "non-holders" who you are refering to, and if this is the case I would like to add a few words as an interested spectator this evening.

Firstly, peaceAKKI imho is one of the most straight talking posters within the biotech sector on hotcopper that I have seen. Many holders may not agree with his sentiment but imho, he always speaks his mind and has a very good understanding of this sector.

As a non-holder of ANP I have contributed to the ANP threads on a number of occasions and more often than not you may find that I have been quite critical in my assessment of this company. Through my critique I have also come to respect a number of supporting contributors to these threads.

AcesHigh, I hold in high regard as one of the most informed posters on this thread. Surges, although he may or may not still be holding, I know personally as a very informed poster within the biotech sector. vulture2000 is one of the most honest d/traders within the biotech sector by my own personal assessment. jessie1 has also clearly done his/her homework over the longer period holding this stock. And of course your heart speaks for itself, Wilson ;). No doubt there are more but as a non-holder I do not frequent this forum so often.

To keep this simple, this is the main reason that I do not currently hold ANP - The whole FDA process freaks the crap out of me in terms of weighing up the risks Vs rewards of holdings stocks on the ASX which I consider are somewhat held captive to the whole regulatory decision process, as we have seen highlighted today, however in opposition to the cautious words being offered by a poster who I hold the upmost respect for, peaceAKKI, I wholeheartedly believe the "bad news" story in regards to the FDA's assessment of ISIS Pharma's mipomersen has been over cooked resulting in nothing but panic selling - Imho, proof of this will be provided in the closing price of Isis Pharmaceuticals this morning. Before closing we will only be witness to games.
