    BK. Not necessarily! This also happens if that same JV partner (& its shareholders/followers) wants a larger stake in MAD at a good price entry point. They put a substantial road block of selling to accumulate more shares at the right price. Perhaps more sophisticated investors getting aboard now the deal is done?
