G'day Sharkbiscuit, gave you a thumbs up for your post but it did not register. clearly it was cancelled out by someone whi did not like your honest and accurate comment, IMO. Clearly they are down ramping.
Nevertheless I think you are quite right, #4 would be gravy and along with #2 & #3 the continuing size of conductor 1 is equally important.
