Interesting, I did not realise that I would be drawing comments from Physics scholars. I welcome the perspective.

I had an interest in physics in school in the distant past but decided on the money trail in University by studying something as boring as Economics/Accounting. Those days, a few engineering students laughed, saying there are no career prospects in such studies.

I got interested in investment at University. Accounting was very boring indeed and I was never going to make a career out of it, but investment was different.

I have made a few million dollars from the stockmarket and hope to make a few million more.

Anyway, coming back to the topic, from the BRW story; "Nuclear fusion is just a dream at this stage. The first experimental plant, to be built in France, will cost at least 10 billion euro and take almost 10 years to complete."

"At least 32 reactors are in various stages of construction. In addition, China aims to build 27 plants .. India aims to build 17 .... Russia wants to build 25 plants and is now limiting uranium exports to conserve material."
