feedback from the 3rd annual microcap conference.
Mark De Kock from Vocus spoke. Nothing new that we don't already know. Great potential in dark fibre.Because of its huge leverage potential once infrastructure is set up , great margins can be commanded , but all this will start showing in 2013 -2014 so until then there do not seem to be any near term catalysts.
Capex of 7 mill planned this FY. Plans of expansion into hongkong just like they did in singapore with a point of presence. They are getting enquiries from TATA, reliance and some japanese companies through singapore base and have a person on ground there. talk was of another acquisition, but came from a broker i was speaking to not from mark.
I'll just be sitting tight and wait for the acquisitions to pay off.
