Though I believe the Synopsis to be on the money, I can not claim the credit for the artical. I found it on a rare earths news site and cut and pasted it in its entirity, I've tried to locate the original site but for the life of me I can not find it again. So please credit the rightful owner of the work, not me if you do come across it on your travels.

And Austhead, I can take the heat better than you would know, but I do have a problem with someone pissing on my back then trying to tell me its raining, and we all know who that someone is.
