My guess is 75% of holders who cast a vote , not 75% of the total. I it was the latter i am sure some of us would have received a call
I know this may see the wrong time to make this statement but the sentiment screams buying opp. The last NABI objector surely would not make a difference this close to the vote. I note that key proxy firms in the US are supporting merger .. It will happen IMO
