    May I suggest something:

    Why not using the same cheap trick used by mangrove to defeat the silly merger scheme ?

    Just turn up to the meeting and convince 3 out of 10 shareholders at the meeting not to show their hands.

    Do up some simple and easy read Flyers and handout at the meeting.
