Try using the monthly/weekly SP VWAP for those periods and then you'll get a more realistic picture for the reference points - TaDa 20/25% dip. Anyway here is a global reference conformation view 80m placement shares added over the last year =22% dilution [to Long Term non-participant holders] and hey how about that a 22% SP dip - TaDa. Now I wont even go into the detail on the issue that those cap raising funds went into bottomline assets [cash in hand for expansion - not to keep an ailing co from going under]....
