the cash position has hamstrung this stock.
It's that simple. With these species, cash is like oxygen, essential for life.
TON is heading for a Cap Raising that can't be avoided. It might only be the garden variety 15% @ 8c, but its gunna happen and the big money knows it.
I raised the issue a few weeks ago and got howled down.
