You would hope it has been assessed as a PSC but when you see basic statements getting "nett share" of petroleum wrong, you've got to wonder.
The clue is in the name: Petroleum "Sharing" Contract where you have a national oil company and a Contractor with the Contractor being paid in kind to cover cost plus a profit component / share.
