BazzMitch, I wrote the article in despair at the poor info flow from Lynas to its shareholders. When I put it up on the Rare Earth Futures site http://rareearthfuture.com/2012/10/16/lynas-the-journey-to-nowhere/ , I also sent the link and a copy to Andrew Reid at Lynas. His response was a straight out denial of my accusation. Of course it would be. Did you notice the Annual Report issued today is dated 25th September? 24 days old and it carries no mention of the court case on 8 Nov or the fact that TOL issue has been suspended. That info should have been added post-Report date. If you read that Report in isolation, you would certainly believe Lynas has no barriers to immediately starting processing at the LAMP. Nothing could be further from the truth. So even the Annual Report confirms exactly what I am saying: Lynas does not inform the market fully. I see SMSL has stolen my article and has published it on their own site. I have asked them to remove it immediately as I have no wish to further their disreputable cause.
