Both of you make very valid staments that have merit, but on the point of T/O, what would be the valuation?
How do you value the IO in situ, also remembering the debt load ! With close to a Billion shares and the heavy loaded register, one would think that say, 15c or 20c would stop it. Im not an expert valuer so you are welcome to make a comment to the contrary.
